Who we are
This website is operated by Know Your Limits, based in Portugal. For questions or concerns, you can contact us via the feedback form.
Assessment data
Assessment answers are not stored or processed by us and remain in your browser. When you close or refresh the page, all responses are gone permanently.
Email (optional)
If you choose to email yourself a results report, your email address is used solely to send that email. It is not stored, added to any mailing list, or shared with any third party. This feature is opt-in and entirely voluntary.
Feedback form
If you submit feedback via the About page, your message is forwarded to our contact email. Any email address you provide voluntarily is used only to reply to you and is not retained beyond that purpose. Feedback submissions are processed via Formspree (Formspree Privacy Policy).
Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies. However, we use Google AdSense to display advertisements, which may set third-party cookies on your device to serve relevant ads. You can manage or opt out of personalised advertising through:
- Google Ad Settings
- Your Online Choices (EU)
- Your browser's cookie settings
Advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. If you accept cookies, Google may use information about your visits to this and other websites to serve personalised ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but are non-personalised — served based on the content of this page only, with no tracking cookies set. The legal basis for personalised advertising is your consent, which you can provide or withdraw via the cookie notice on first visit or at any time through Google Ad Settings. Google's full data practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data held about you. Because the assessment collects no personal data by design, there is in practice nothing to access or delete. For any queries about data relating to feedback submissions, contact us via the feedback form.
Children
The email opt-in feature is not available to users who indicate they are under 18, in line with GDPR requirements on children's data. The assessment itself is available to all ages.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
